It is mind-boggling that in the midst of a global financial crisis we have some saying that we need to move toward socialism!
FACT: Capitalism is the most powerful economic system.
EVIDENCE: all of the recent global financial crises have been triggered in the United States and not in any of the socialist countries that make up the other major “economic world powers”.
EVIDENCE: of the major global economic powers, those that are least affected by the global economic crisis are socialist countries. (E.g. Norway.)
EVIDENCE: of the major global economic powers, those that are recovering the quickest are socialist countries. (E.g. China.)
Clearly, only a capitalist country has the economic power to bring the other capitalist countries to their knees. The big socialist economies are so out-of-it that they are barely affected by the crisis.
And what do the morons in Washington propose in the midst of a crisis that proves the power of the free market? Incredibly, they propose that we become more like those highly-regulated socialist countries that are effeminately unaffected by the crisis.
Government is not the solution! Government is the problem! Can anybody say, “Amen!” Come on, people! Look at the facts!
I guess it shouldn’t surprise me so much. Those people in Washington are so blinded by dogma. They have their fine-sounding catch-phrases that they just repeat without thinking. It’s disgusting but not surprising.
